Terms and Conditions
I. Basic provisions
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) govern the relationship between the buyer and the seller in the area of the sale of goods in the online store https://www.growland.cz/ operated by the company Growman Plains s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "the seller") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "buyer").

Buyer: at the start of business relations, the buyer gives the seller only his contact information, necessary for the smooth processing of the order, or the information that he wants to have on the purchase documents.
Legal relations between the seller and the buyer not expressly regulated by these GTC are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., (Civil Code), as well as related regulations.
The buyer is aware that by purchasing products that are in the seller's business offer, he does not acquire any rights to use registered brands, trade names, company logos or patents of the seller or other companies, unless otherwise agreed in a specific case by a special contract.
II. Information security and protection
The seller declares that all personal data are confidential, will be used only to fulfill the contract with the buyer and will not otherwise be published, provided to a third party, etc., with the exception of the situation related to the distribution or payment system related to the ordered goods (communication of the name and delivery address) .
III. Opening hours
The opening hours of the e-shop https://www.growland.cz/ are non-stop, but keep in mind that the processing of orders falls only on working days from Monday to Friday (except public holidays, which fall on working days).
IV. Price lists
In the online store, there are always up-to-date and valid price lists for the online store. The listed prices include VAT.
V. Ordering - how to buy
VI Customer Registration
In order to make a purchase on the www.growland.cz e-shop , customer registration is required. This can be done by clicking on the icon - "register" in the upper corner of the menu.
After that, all you have to do is log in ("client" column in the upper right corner - enter your name, password and press the "login" button) and you don't have to enter any other data, which will save you a lot of time.
Registration is done by clicking the "registration" button (again the "client" box in the upper right corner), after which the registration form will be displayed. Fill in your personal information in this form. It is necessary to fill in all mandatory data correctly (e-mail, password, password for control, numerical code; also fill in the basic data and delivery data correctly - all data marked with a red star are mandatory).
If you enter incorrect or incomplete data, your order could not be processed correctly and on time.
In the basic data, there is a box to check - receive regular emails with news - if you check the box, you will regularly receive a newsletter in which we will alert you to news and other changes in our product range.
V. II. Login
If you decide to make a purchase, you must log in to the system. Enter your login name and password (which you chose during registration) in the upper right corner of the screen in the appropriate fields (client) and confirm by clicking the "login" button. You are now logged in to the system (your name will be displayed - again in the upper right corner) and you can add the selected goods to the shopping cart.
V. III. Purchase of goods
The left bar with crosses is used for orientation in the catalog - clicking on the category name or the cross will expand all the subcategories of the given section.
In the middle of our e-shop, reduced previews and labels for the goods in the given category will appear. by clicking on the image, you will see a detailed description of the selected product. If you like the product and want to order it, enter the number of pieces in the field (the number one is displayed automatically) and then click on the basket icon, the product will be automatically added to the basket.
If you want to continue selecting and adding goods to the basket, just click on another category on the bar in the catalog and add again as you wish. the selected product is automatically displayed on the right in the basket.
V. IV. Shopping basket
In the previous step, you put the goods in the shopping basket. Nothing is binding at this time. You can cancel your order at any time. By clicking on the "shopping basket" icon (black inscription basket on the right below the client) you will see the contents of the shopping basket. Here you can edit the number of pieces or empty the basket by pressing the "empty" button. Once you have finished your selection and the basket contains the goods you want, click the 2 delivery method button (directly above the list of items in the basket).

Shipping methods:
- DPD – transport company delivery by courier to the address, to the delivery point or to the delivery box.
- PPL ČR - transport by PPL transport service throughout the Czech Republic - to the address, to the delivery point or to the delivery box.
- Zásilkovna - delivery to a Zásilkovna branch or delivery to an address.
- PPL SR - we will send the packaged goods to Slovakia by the PPL transport service in accordance with the PPL transport conditions
- GLS – transport company delivery by courier to the address, to the delivery point or to the delivery box.
- Personal collection of goods at the Growcity.cz store at Beranových Street 65, Prague 199 00. (wait for an information email/SMS from the store that your order is ready for collection)
Order confirmation - check the delivery address information and add a note to the order if, for example, you live in a sublet and the bell is not in your name. Check carefully and if everything agrees, press the BUY button. At this time, the order is considered binding. In order to send the order, it is necessary to tick the agreement with the terms and conditions. By sending the order, you commit to payment.

Eshop does not charge packaging.
VI. Returning the shipment
Withdrawal from the contract in the event that the buyer collected the goods in a different way than in person at the seller's premises (they were delivered to him by a transport service). In accordance with Act No. 89/2012, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods in the event that the goods were ordered in a different way than in person and were delivered to him by any transport service. If the buyer decides to withdraw within this period, the following conditions must be met: Send a withdrawal from the contract (by e-mail to the address info@growland.cz) with the text: "I want to unilaterally withdraw from the contract from dd.mm.yyyy" No. (invoice number) and I request a refund of the amount paid for the goods to account no. date and signature. Deliver the goods to the seller's address together with the attached copy of the above letter. Goods sent and delivered back to the seller's address must be in the original undamaged packaging, must be undamaged, complete (including accessories, instructions, etc.) and with a copy of the proof of purchase.
Do not send goods on delivery - they will not be accepted. We recommend that you insure the goods during transport.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above requirements, the seller has the right to refuse the returned goods or to reduce the amount for which the goods will be received back. The possibility of withdrawing from the contract does not apply to the delivery of goods modified at the request of the buyer or to goods ordered specifically and expressly at his request and which were not in stock at the time of the order, and other goods, the use of which consumes part of its value and cannot be returned to its original state before will buy.
If all the above conditions for returning the goods are met, we will send you the money for the goods by transfer to your account, no later than 14 working days after the physical receipt of the goods.
In the event of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to accept withdrawal from the contract and the goods will be returned at the seller's expense. the seller is entitled to charge the buyer for any additional costs incurred
VII. Complaints Procedure
- The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods delivered by the seller without undue delay and to inform the seller of any detected defects within 24 months.
- The buyer must notify the seller of detected defects in writing (by e-mail) within 24 months of receiving the goods. In the written notification, the buyer must state the detected defects, i.e. he must state what defects they are and how they manifest. Written notification of detected defects is applied by the buyer at the seller's registered office: Growman Plains s.r.o. - In order to make a complaint, it is necessary in all cases to submit a copy of the invoice for the goods whose defects are being complained about and a written description of the complaint.
- The seller does not assume responsibility for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damages from unprofessional use of the products, as well as damages caused by external events and incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided. Always and carefully study the instructions for use of the products.
- The seller informs the customer about the procedure and settlement within 30 days of receiving the complaint at the latest.
- The processing time for complaints via our online store is 30 days for Czech suppliers. If the claimed goods have to be sent abroad, the claim period is extended by another 30 days. The customer will be informed about this.
- The statutory guarantee for goods is 24 months.
- Claiming a damaged shipment by the transport company It is important to take a photo of the package (open box including fillings) and broken goods. Send these photos together with the package number (found on the address label) and the order number within 3 days to e-mail info@growland.cz .
VIII. Resolution of disputes with consumers
- In relation to the buyer, we are not bound by any codes of conduct within the meaning of § 1826 paragraph 1 letter e) Civil Code.
- We handle consumer complaints via the electronic address reklamace@growshop.cz. We will send information about handling the complaint to the buyer's email address.
- The out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes arising from the Agreement is the responsibility of the Czech Trade Inspection, with registered office at Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, ID number: 000 20 869, internet address:
- http://www.coi.cz The online dispute resolution platform located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the seller and the buyer, who is a consumer, from purchase contracts concluded by electronic means.

IX Payment Terms
Payment in cash upon personal collection of the goods
Payment in advance by bank transfer (on the basis of confirmation of sending the payment, or after crediting the payment to our account, the goods will be sent to you), also applies to shipments abroad, where shipping companies do not do cash on delivery.
All retail clients who pay in EUR and/or from a foreign bank must strictly pay the fees of both banks (tick our parity when paying). The order will not be shipped until the full amount of the order, including fees, has been paid.
For cash on delivery upon delivery of the goods (cash is taken from the customer by the carrier), the goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.
X. Delivery conditions

Shipping by shipping service:
The goods can be sent to the buyer via the transport companies PPL, DPD, Geis, Zásilkovna. The usual time for delivery of the goods or invitation to take over the shipment is within 3 working days from the receipt of the order (except for cases where the goods are not in stock - you will be informed by e-mail or by phone and your order will be dealt with individually depending on the agreement).
The shipping price is governed by the price list current on the day of the order.
An incomplete or damaged shipment must be notified immediately by e-mail to the address info@growland.cz, a complaint procedure must be initiated with the carrier and a copy of the record of this must be sent to the seller immediately by e-mail or post.
If a claim for damaged goods is not initiated on the day of receipt, there is no claim for additional claims for incompleteness or damage to the delivery.
XI. Final Provisions
These general terms and conditions are valid from 1 January 2024. The seller reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions without prior notice.
